Report a Company Concern
If you had a negative experience with a company listed on ClearChoiceRadar, or if you believe a company is engaging in deceptive or unethical practices, please let us know. We take these reports seriously and use them as part of our ongoing evaluation process.
Email reports@clearchoiceradar.com with the company name, a description of the issue, and any supporting documentation.
Please note: ClearChoiceRadar is a comparison platform, not a mediator or regulatory body. We cannot:
- Mediate or resolve disputes between you and a company
- Provide refunds for services purchased from a listed company
- Guarantee that a company will change its practices based on a report
- Provide legal advice about your rights or options
If you believe a company has violated the law, we encourage you to file a complaint with the relevant regulatory agency:
- FTC — Report Fraud
- CFPB — Submit a Complaint
- IRS — Report a Tax Return Preparer
- Your state's Attorney General office or consumer protection agency
